However, according to reports, there is still no confirmation of the resumption of air services to India even after Beijing lifted the visa ban on Indian professionals and their families last month. Reports indicate that China has also reduced the quarantine time to 7 days in designated hotels in the process of streamlining procedures for those arriving in the country, which is followed by 3 days isolation at home from the start. previous 2-day isolation for incoming travellers.

According to reports, the said policy has led to an increase in flight operations connecting China with other countries, especially the United States, as well as the number of people traveling out of the country.

China has also made substantial adjustments since the COVID-19 pandemic, as consulates and embassies from 125 countries announced policies aimed at streamlining the process for those entering the Chinese mainland.
